1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cupule Education website, enrolling in any program, or availing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all visitors, students, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses our services.

2Eligibility

To enroll in our programs and use our services, you must:

Cupule Education reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program with or without prior notice.

4Fees & Payments

All program fees are clearly communicated at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as per the schedule agreed upon at registration
• Complete all installment payments by their respective due dates
• Understand that fees are subject to change for new enrollments without prior notice
• Accept that non-payment may result in suspension of access to program materials and services

All payments must be made through approved payment channels. Cupule Education is not responsible for any transaction charges levied by payment processors.

5Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the stipulated timeframe communicated at enrollment
• Fees paid for completed or partially attended sessions are generally non-refundable
• Processing fees, registration fees, and material fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method
• Cupule Education reserves the right to deny refunds where terms of use have been violated

6User Conduct

All users of our website and services are expected to maintain professional standards. You agree not to:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission
• Use our platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other students, instructors, or staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
• Post or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials on any platform or application
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website or services

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

7Intellectual Property

All content available through Cupule Education — including but not limited to course materials, videos, slides, assessments, logos, and website content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Cupule Education or its licensors.

• You may access and use course materials strictly for personal, non-commercial learning purposes
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell any content without prior written consent
• Recording of live sessions is prohibited without explicit written permission
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

Student-generated work (projects, assignments) remains the property of the respective student, but Cupule Education may use anonymized work as examples with your consent.

8Placement Services

Cupule Education provides placement assistance as a value-added service. You acknowledge that:

• Placement assistance does not guarantee employment outcomes
• Job opportunities shared are based on availability and candidate suitability at the time
• We act as a facilitator between students and employers — final hiring decisions rest with employers
• You consent to sharing your resume, profile, and assessment scores with prospective employers
• Misrepresentation of skills or experience during the placement process is grounds for immediate disqualification

9Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of content
• Uninterrupted availability
• Freedom from errors or bugs
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Guaranteed learning outcomes

Cupule Education does not warrant that the website or services will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cupule Education and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of third-party websites linked from our platform
• Any outcomes related to employment, placements, or career decisions

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Termination

Cupule Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our programs and services, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in conduct that is harmful to other students, staff, or the Company
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your right to access course materials and services will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

13Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
